How to report emerson.com issues in Service Now.

Navigate to https://emerson.service-now.com/sp or http://myitportal.emrsn.org to get to your service now page “myIT Portal”. Click on “Something is Broken”. Fill in the first few items as requested in the form. When you get to “Please select an item with issues:” you need to select “Internet - Emerson.com - Any Instance”. From there you can move to the next field for the environment (Dev, Prod, Stage). The next field allows you to select “Category/Module related to the issues”. This is where you can select CoreMedia, WebSphere or General Category. From here you can continue filling in the form with your specific issue.
