IntegrityManager™ Software for HCA

Product Description

Emerson’s (formerly GeoFields™) IntegrityManager™ Software for HCA (formerly RiskFrame™ HCA Software) streamlines Class Location, High Consequence Area (HCA), and Moderate Consequence Area (MCA) analysis for gas pipelines. As a key component of a gas pipeline integrity management program, this complete, audit-proven solution helps reduce risk and ensure safer pipeline operations by providing detailed visualization. Highly-configurable analysis settings allow users to achieve results at a granular level by customizing the system based on the type of analysis and the calculation options required. Once the settings are confirmed for a single pipeline, the same configuration can be easily applied across multiple pipelines. All results are summarized in a detailed map that can be shared with authorized recipients across your enterprise to quickly put up-to-the-minute information in the hands of employees who need it most.

Features

  • Supports PODS 5.1+ and Esri’s ArcGIS® Pipeline Referencing models, including UPDM and PODS 7.
  • A complete HCA and Class Location analysis environment that supports integrity management programs, with analyses and results that have been proven in regulatory audits.
  • Supports both Class Location and HCA analysis using an area and point structures dataset, with the defined structures for each analysis recorded to simplify archiving by project.
  • Full user control to set the scope of the analysis and manage how the analysis proceeds, with defaults or saved analysis settings available.
  • Configure custom algorithms by increasing defined buffers due to pipeline location uncertainty, merging HCA and Class Location segments, increasing gap and default pressure and/or diameters, and more.
  • Multiple analyses can be compared to each other or to your company’s proposed or official HCAs and Class Locations, with differences listed and highlighted in the map for rapid identification.
  • Detailed analysis records the impact of every structure on the results, with results output as a series of advanced spatial layers and tables.
  • Users can view the raw sliding mile for Class Location, all high occupancy locations, cluster buffers and ranges, and more, including HCAs from Identified Sites.
  • Manage HCAs and MCAs as assets by assigning a name to each one, a critical step to tracking all Integrity Management activities.
  • All results are stored in the enterprise database in its own IntegrityManager Software for HCA schema for resource and security benefits, allowing projects to be shared enterprise wide.
  • Streamlined projects allow users to run analysis on one or multiple routes.
  • All source data and settings are preserved with the project, allowing users to review analysis settings, working and intermediate data used, including pipeline, structures, pipe diameter and maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP).
