Product Description

Emerson’s (formerly GeoFields™) IntegrityManager™ Software for Alignment Sheet Generation provides a single solution for designing and generating alignment sheets (or any type of large format sheets). Users can design sheet templates with virtually unlimited flexibility and distribute them to other users for batch sheet production projects or on-demand sheet generation. A library of sheet bands allows usrs to display data in a wide variety of styles for any type of sheet from classic alignment sheets to construction, integrity and risk sheets. Symbology, graphic representation and labeling are highly flexible using the same powerful tools available in Esri’s ArcGIS® suite. Press-quality sheet output is generated in batches or one at a time with each sheet stored automatically in a centralized location in PDF format.

Features

  • Supports PODS 5.1+ and Esri’s ArcGIS® Pipeline Referencing models, including UPDM and PODS 7.
  • Organizes and displays data across multiple types of bands, such as the mapping band to show pipeline alignment and imagery, and the schematic band to show features/facilities along the pipeline, such as valves.
  • Supports sheets of any size with any number of bands. Contains a large library of band formats tailored so specific needs, such as risk assessment, integrity management, construction projects, pipeline route planning, and other formats.
  • Users can control labeling, formatting, symbology, colors, and almost any graphical representation of the data on the sheet.
  • The Template Designer allows users to generate test sheets during the design phase. As users design a new sheet, they can generate a test sheet to examine the layout and format of each element.
  • Regenerate alignment sheets with new changes in pipeline information and archive existing alignment sheets for record keeping.
  • A key–code function provides dynamic overlay, coding, and labeling of linear pipeline attribute data, such as pipe specifications and coatings.
  • Integration with ArcGIS provides a wide range of capabilities familiar to ArcGIS users. Anyone familiar with the technology can quickly get results.
  • Flexible alignment of features on the page to either strictly align to the map or render at a constant scale across the page. Both techniques make use of sophisticated conflict resolution algorithms.
  • Advanced classification and symbology options set ranges or symbols, vary symbols by various data properties (such as inlet diameter, pipe specification, age, condition) and even display miniature charts at points of interest. The user can also create or import their own symbology using the familiar ArcGIS controls.
  • Validate every aspect of template properties to prevent missing data in a template or on the sheets prior to the sheet generation process.
