For Emerson’s AVENTICS pneumatics, expertise goes beyond our product design. Our solutions are only effective so long as OEMs and end users have a full range of services to meet routine and unexpected application challenges. With an expansive and rapid spare parts service, on-site analysis, fast repairs and training programs we help our customers in many industries make operations more efficient through ongoing quality, support and expertise.
Our repair services provide quick diagnosis and cost estimates and perform all repairs and preventative product overhauls according to plant specifications and within any applicable regulations. You will receive a new parts warranty for all components up to 12 months after the initial repair request. We also can perform repair work onsite for larger systems, and we will work to develop an alternative when repair is not an economical option.
Our spare pneumatic parts include any products that have sustained wear due to normal use and include all core products, as well as supplementary, discontinued and service product series. To facilitate the ordering process, we group many common and frequently needed wear parts into complete spare part sets. We also provide consultations to handle specialized spare part concepts and alternative application solutions.
Our competent and experienced team of field service technicians offers on-site support for any machine automation application that deploys our products and solutions. We can help with installation and commissioning of complex products, such as control technology or bus systems, and oversee machine health maintenance and energy efficiency root cause analysis. We provide field service at OEM and end user sites and provide ongoing support through our global network.
Emerson’s AVENTICS offers onsite marine technology services for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting as well as emergencies. In addition to consultations on electronics or our pneumatic components, we offer onsite support for commissioning, propulsion plant optimization, fault detection and clearance, application issues, repairs and new planning. Our global support network will deliver the needed expertise no matter where you’re located.
We provide training options for customers, partners and individuals who are eager to learn the details of modern pneumatic technology and machine automation. Coursework covers function and properties of selected components, basic training for entire systems, error analysis and practical training for troubleshooting. Students can choose from classroom training courses and workshops, using state-of-the-art equipment, or a variety of online learning options.
Through the Marex Academy, we offer a wide selection of training courses that help participants improve their knowledge of our marine products and systems and take full advantage of their technical possibilities. We support customers, project managers, services employees and colleagues in our global service network with coursework packages tailored to individual need. We conduct seminars at the academy, at your site or with our subsidiaries worldwide.
