The Emerson Exchange conference was developed to provide a valuable exchange of information among process manufacturers, end users and Emerson experts. Conference Registration will open on June 1, 2022. Sign up for email alerts from Emerson Exchange to stay informed on when registration goes live and other important dates and deadlines.
The Emerson Exchange, at the direction of its User-driven Board of Directors, is unable to grant refunds after the September 23, 2022 cancellation deadline, due to financial guarantees made to suppliers and the host hotels. For your reference, a copy of the conference cancellation policy, as issued with registration confirmations and as published on our website, is shown below:
Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing via confirmed email to the Conference Management Team at [email protected]. All paid-in-fees/monies will be refunded for cancellations received on or before September, 2022. After this date no refunds can be made.
Same company personnel substitutions may be made at any time. Please send a request to [email protected] to transfer a registration. You must provide the full name, email and company of the transfer recipient. Hotel reservations can be modified or cancelled using the link to the hotel reservation platform in your myExchange Dashboard.

**Please note: The busiest registration days/times for Badge Pickup is Sunday afternoon/evening and Monday morning. You may encounter a wait (up to 10 minutes) if you pick up your badge during peak hours; please plan accordingly.
You can request a letter of invitation to assist with obtaining a visa during the registration process. Please note you must be registered for the conference and paid in full in order for a letter of invitation to be issued.
A complete library of presentations will be made available for conference attendees on Emerson Exchange365 a few weeks after the conference. Registered attendees will be notified when these are available.

The 2022 Emerson Exchange conference at Gaylord Texan is expected to be around 3,000 attendees.
Casual and business dress are both appropriate. Please avoid wearing red shirts since these are reserved for Board member recognition.
Registered attendees have access to all group breakfast and lunch meals, as well as beverages and appetizers each night at the Technology Exhibit receptions and at the Networking Event.
