The Rosemount 3408 Non-Contacting Radar Level Transmitter features Smart Echo Supervision™ technology and is suitable for level measurement and overfill prevention. Optional wireless technology enables the automation of previously inaccessible locations while eliminating wiring costs. Smart diagnostics enable proactive maintenance, and optional Bluetooth® available for wired communication ensures easy configuration. Manual or automatic verification at scheduled intervals can be conducted at any time without process interruptions. Perform proof-testing remotely and in-situ with onboard functionality. NAMUR type tested and third party certified to IEC61508 for use in safety critical applications.
