Rosemount™ 402VP Retractable Contacting Conductivity Sensor
Product Description
The Rosemount 402VP Retractable Contacting Conductivity Sensor provides accurate measurement of electrolytic conductivity in a broad range of applications from high purity water to clean cooling water. This conductivity sensor is ideal for use in clean, non-corrosive liquid having less than 20,000 μS/cm.

Wetted Materials:
- Electrodes: Titanium
- Insulator: Glass filled PEEK
- Body: 318 stainless steel
- O-Ring: EPDM
- Washer: Neoprene
All wetted surfaces have 15 micro in. (0.4 micrometer) Ra finish.
Features
- Conductivity sensor is designed to be retracted through a 1¼-in. ball valve assembly (sold separately)
- Conductivity sensor may be removed from process piping without having to shut down or drain the line
- Retractable design allows conductivity sensor to be removed from process piping without shutting down and draining the line
- No initial calibration requirements; a factory-measured cell constant ensures out-of-the-box accuracy
- Selectable cell constants 0.01, 0.1, and 1.0/cm cover a broad range of conductivity
- Variopol (VP6) quick disconnect fittings
