Brett is the Director of Power Marketing and Business Development for Emerson's Power & Water business unit. He and his team work with utilities to help them improve operational flexibility and availability while lowering operating costs. Brett brings 15 years of experience working at a large regulated utility to Emerson. While at the utility, he worked in many roles including combined cycle plant electrical/controls engineer; new CTCC plant design, construction, and commissioning; capital project engineering manager; and gas turbine engineering manager. Prior to that, Brett worked as a DCS specialist for a control system manufacturer.

Doug Morris is Emerson's Power Industry Director and has more than 25 years of experience in process automation. He holds degrees in mechanical engineering and business administration and began his power career in the Navy's nuclear program.

Director, Security Solutions & Lifecycle Shared Services

Jaime is the Director of Security Solutions and Lifecycle Shared Services at Emerson Automation Solutions with Emerson's Power & Water Solutions business. In this role, she provides leadership for PWS Educational Services, the North America Customer Support organization including the Global Service Center and Customer Support teams as well as the Security Solutions group which delivers Cybersecurity Solutions for the Power Generation and Water/Wastewater markets.  Jaime earned her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in IT Project Management from Robert Morris University.  Jaime lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with her husband and two daughters Paige, age 9 and Piper, age 7.

Manager, Ovation Advanced Power Applications 

Jeff leads the development of advanced applications and embedded solutions for Emerson’s Power & Water business. In this role, he leverages his 35 years’ experience as Cogeneration manager at Merck and as an industry solutions architect in the power industry to deliver value to Ovation customers around the globe. Jeff holds two US patents and has published over 25 papers in the fields of enhanced automation, optimization, and model predictive control.  In 2012, Williams was honored as a Fellow by the International Society of Automation.

Performance Consultant

Jim is a Performance Consultant with Emerson’s Power & Water Solutions Premier Services team. He has extensive experience in power plant operations, control, process design, performance analysis and simulation. His current responsibilities include automation performance assessment services on all types of commercial power generation facilities as well as benchmarking and control performance analysis. This includes delivery of technical studies including dynamic process and control analysis, lifecycle assessments of fleet wide automation infrastructure and economic analysis of proposed automation improvements.​​​​​​​

Douglas is a Performance Consultant with Emerson’s Power & Water Solutions Premier Services team. He has extensive experience in power plant operations, control, process design, performance analysis and simulation. His current responsibilities include automation performance assessment services on commercial power generation facilities as well as benchmarking and control performance analysis. Douglas is also a Simulation Subject Matter Expert for the Power industry.

Machinery Health Business Development Manager

Jason is the Business Development Manager for Emerson's Power & Water Solutions division with a focus in machinery health. He has 16 years of experience in Reliability, Quality, and Industrial Engineering. Jason has been with Emerson Automation Solutions since 2008 working with power customers in implementing predictive and preventive maintenance strategies at their facilities. Jason received his Electrical Engineering degrees from the JB Speed School of Engineering at the University of Louisville.
