CHANGING YOUR ENROLLMENT
If you need to cancel or change your enrollment, contact our office at [email protected] or call us at 800-338-8158.
We require 14 CALENDAR DAYS ADVANCED NOTICE. If you provide 14 calendar days advanced cancelation notice, you’ll receive a 100 percent refund. If you cancel your enrollment for a course LESS THAN 14 CALENDAR DAYS, you will be charged 50 percent tuition and only receive a 50 percent refund. NO SHOWS will be charged 100 percent tuition, and no refund will be provided.
Printed materials provided in our DeltaVTM training courses are copyrighted and may not be reproduced. No audio or visual recording of Emerson DeltaVTM training courses, or Emerson personnel teaching such courses, may be taken or reproduced electronically.
